Bought a refrigerator from Matt. He did very well explaining the functions of the appliance and did comparisons to other models. I settled one and he arranged to have it delivered the next day. When the appliance arrived, the delivery driver pointed out a minor scratch and Matt wanted me to contact him personally. He offered me a deeper discount or order a new door. He actually ended up doing both. He gave me a nice refund and also offered to contact the manufacturer to get approval for a new door. Thanks

We went to the shop in Kelowna with a problem with our speaker set up. With no appointment he came outside and looked at our set up. He determined it was an amplifier issue. Booked us into West Kelowna shop for install. West Kelowna shop was kind and courteous. They installed the new amplifier and all was good.
