Seems like a nice chap but doesn’t have a clue about business his website says laptop repair but totally lacks the technical side of that aspect and will basically sent you to someone else if he can’t handle the technical side of repairing laptops then that should reflect that on his website as has that will be confusing to some that go on the website.!!!
Also totally unresponsive in picking up the phone it took almost 20 attempts to finally answer the phone considering he opened up from 10:30 onwards and when finally got through totally unhelpful
Contacted Andy with reference to my sons gaming laptop. Called him in the morning and he quickly installed a new hard drive on the laptop at a very reasonable price compared to other companies.
I would highly recommend and use Andy again for all my PC related problems.
