If I could leave 0 stars I would. Very bad experience. I left my laptop and paid 40PS upfront to get the quote the week after. I had to call these guys for days amd days to understand what was wrong with my laptop, but they made various excuses to take time. After almost 4 weeks they told me that they had ordered the piece to fix and that it would have been expensive. I told them immediately to stop the order cause I hadn’t approved anything first as was only waiting for a quote. Went back to get the computer and I wanted a refund for the PS40 since I didn’t receive the servec they promised. The guy in the shop refused to give my money back and I lost 40PS for absolutely nothing.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Please be careful about the not refundable deposit they ask(the owner is also commenting about this). Not only me had to pay this deposit and didn’t receive the service promised. The owner commented saying that they provided the price of the job. This is not true. They didn’t even tell me what the problem was until I went there to take my laptop back after almost 4 weeks. Very bad communication and definitely not worth it. Now that I have reviewed publicly, they have offered a possible refund after I have asked for it in person.

I left my iphone 13 here after reading all (fake) 5 star reviews. The issue was a broken wide angle (0.5) rear camera and paid PS65 upfront to get it fixed the same day.

When I returned to pick up the phone, I noticed that there is a darkness on all 4 sides of the image on the newly replaced brand new wide angle camera. They said exactly “we fixed this camera (pointing out the working camera), and didn’t touch the wide one”. I said the normal camera is normal and working the wide angle one is the broken one, they told me “no, we fixed the normal camera, it working, we didn’t touch the wide angle”. As the owner of the phone, I know which camera was broken (0.5/wide angle). But he kept insisting I know it wrong and since there was a customer inside, they said “we will fix it tomorrow”.

I arrived the next day and nothing was fixed and the new person was not even aware of the issue. I called the police, reported them to the trading standard and Islington Council.

Stay away, don’t get scammed

Very disappointed. My Pixel 4a phone screen would not turn on.
– I paid PS25 for a diagnostic
– They took it apart in their workshop, diagnosed it, and assured me they can fix it. I say ok, go ahead. They say they’ll call when done.
– They don’t call, so I call them. Now they say they tried, and it cannot be fixed. So clearly the diagnostic was wrong.
– I ask for a refund, refused

It’s ok, mistakes happen, but at least compensate the customer if you made a mistake.

tl;dr: paid PS25 for a wrong diagnostic.
