I have bought a few bits and pieces over the last couple of years from here. My grumble is I go to a professional shop in the hope I will be buying the equipment that will suit my needs. Sadly, after using my purchases for a little a while I find that they do not suit my needs. I went into another computer shop in Norwich and the experience could not have been different. Attentive, asking me all about how I will be using (in this case a monitor to replace the one bought from ACS) the product and what my expectations were.

As the sole computer specialist in Dereham (that I know of) it is a great shame to write a negative review. I wish them all the best, but after multiple chances I won’t be coming back.

I had a failed keyboard replaced remarkably quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the cost and the service and communications were faultless too. I am not pleased, very pleased or delighted but “Surprised and delighted” 100% recommendation. Many many thanks.

April 24 Needed a specialist cable. Was promised callback which came as stated. Cable located and found at a great cost. I really think this firm delivers a great service and recommend them.

I needed an update on my MacBook Air. Some computer shops avoid Apple stuff, but not these guys. They had my machine updated and ready to collect in just 2 days. Thanks Adam for your excellent service and at a reasonable price. In fact they almost did the job in less time than the Apple Store kept me pressing buttons and shouting my requirements at the electronic voice recognition ladybot 🙂 Recommended.
