I had them collect my laptop on Thursday and they quickly assessed it as an SSD fault and could not access it to retrieve the data. They easily replaced the SSD with the same 500gb it had before, installed Windows 11 (as before it had Windows 10), and by Wednesday, they had my laptop back to my door!
They kept me informed of the situation all the way through and were very helpful in diagnosing the problem. I couldn’t be any happier!
The chap in the store was incredibly helpful, taking the time to go through the issue and a similar case.
Very knowledgeable staff member, and despite the low value of my intended purchase, he gave me a lot of advice and time.
I highly recommend them.
Luckily, it was an only a cracked screen protector, which had done its job.
