BEWARE!!!!! My nephew who lives in England was up for the week to visit family, he took his iPhone 11 here to have the screen replaced, he was charged PS150 for this!! once he got back home the phone wouldn’t stop buzzing, the screen was raised and camera had stopped working, the day after I went back to the shop with him to ask for either a refund or this to be fixed. They told me it wouldn’t be able to fix it that day, my nephew was going home the next morning so he didn’t have time to return. I asked then for a refund instead, the guy then snatched the phone out my hand and Said ‘well I will keep the phone then’
I managed to get the phone back but was met with abuse and screaming in my face, which for me was intimidating having a grown man scream and spitting in my face.
I was thrown out the shop with no fix for the phone at all. I will be contacting trading standards and i will NEVER use this place again.

I just wanted to get a screen protector fitted on my new phone and really wish I hadn’t asked for this service in this shop. Not only did they not fit it properly, bubbles were visible all over the screen, they decided to lie about their mishap by telling me that my phone’s screen was not perfect with fine cracks in it (not visible to the naked eye apparently), which lead to the many bubbles. I ended up ordering a new screen protector over Amazon and did it myself with the outcome being perfect. It’s a shame that the team at Ansari can’t be bothered to offer a better service as I want to support local businesses but in this case ended up wasting my time and money.

I dropped my Google pixel 7 phone off here for diagnostics and then repair of a water damaged screen. The staff were very happy to help and kept me updated with the progress of the repair which was completed within a day. My phone is now working perfectly with a genuine part replacement. I really appreciated that they were willing to look at it first (for a PS20 fee) before carrying on with the job to check that it definitely needed replaced. Thank you!
