My hard drive stopped working, and I was worried about losing all my data. Matthew at Anykey IT was fantastic! He took the time to explain everything clearly, which helped me understand the situation. Even better, he suggested a more affordable data recovery solution for my old laptop which I formatted. He genuinely cared about finding the most practical and cost-effective way to help me.

Really great service from Matt, the RAM on my Mac mini died and needed replacing. Unfortunately not a job for end users to be messing about with. Really easy to book it in and had it back the next day. Great location right next to Hackney Wick station and just super friendly service. Wish they serviced iPhones/iPads etc as I would bring all my tech here if possible and just generally natter away with them. Top job and 100% recommended for any Mac repairs, all those 5* ratings v well deserved. Cheers!
I picked this service based on the 5* reviews and I have no regret. Joe was fixing my laptop’s noisy fans which sounded like jet engines. He explained the process, ordered the parts and while we were waiting the delivery (took a couple of days) he accomodated my request to put back together the laptop, so I can work from home as I planned. He updated me in text messages about the state of order and the fixing times. No more noisy fans, happy me, brilliant service. 🙂
