Had an issue with my laptop, took it in for diagnosis. The team was able to identify the issue and were very friendly, good service.

I asked how much it would be to transfer the data off the laptop onto a hard drive that I provided. I was told not a lot but they wouldn’t give me a figure. I expected it to be fairly low as data transfers aren’t complicated and don’t take much in terms of person hours. Boy was I wrong. Over PS70 for what is less than an hours work to setup and run in the background.

Have been using Andrew to handle my computer related issues for over a decade and have had very good experiences, his team has expanded over the years with friendly polite people who are able to explain very complicated tech-related issues to people like myself who have a very limited understanding on the topic.

This is easily the best service in the area and is very reliable.
