Was here today 17/11/23 to find out why my ipad is not charging. I had an appointment for 4.40pm but had finished what I was doing earlier than expected and tried to get a walk in appoinment. I managed to get one after a 15 minute wait, which I thought was extremely impressive considering there were other customers waiting around. Ipad decided to start charging, yay. However the technician still gave it a look over and found the problem it eventually charged again and I was given helpful advice on purchasing a new ipad. As I waited I saw various customers with different problems being tended to the person I saw was Chris and Alex both were wonderful and was helping someone shut down a stolen iPhone and retrieve their information as I was leaving. I would say book and appoinment dont walk in you may not get seen very quick. Also I noticed they asked others for photo id. I wasn’t asked as I booked through apple support. It was a good shopping experience all staff were helpful and polite and the shop was easy to find on the ground floor with wide doors and aisles for easy disabled access the lighting was also adequate for those with low vision.

I recently visited the Apple Battersea store and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service provided by the staff. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions and concerns.

The overall store experience was equally impressive. The store was clean, and well-organized, and had a wide variety of Apple products on display. I was able to browse and test out products at my own pace without feeling rushed or pressured.

In addition to the excellent customer service and store experience, I was also very satisfied with the quality of the products I purchased. They have exceeded my expectations in terms of performance and functionality.

Overall, I highly recommend the Apple Battersea store to anyone looking to purchase Apple products in London. The staff and overall store experience are top-notch and I am very satisfied with my purchases. Thank you Apple and Colleagues!

I visited the Apple Store at Battersea Power Station on 30/07 at 11:15AM, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the store being quiet and having many available staff members, I was completely ignored. Meanwhile, a nearby customer was asked if he needed help three times, even though he didn’t end up buying anything. I eventually bought an Apple Watch, but the neglectful treatment I received felt discriminatory, possibly because I am not an English man. This made me feel disrespected and bullied. Apple should ensure all customers are treated equally, regardless of their background. Very disappointed with the service.
