I had an issue on my iphone 14 pro max with the GYROSCOPE ,which I use at high sensitivity.The device is still under warranty.However, they performed diagnostic and nothing came up , but my problem was legit and its keep happening. Finally after 3 visits, they decide to repair the iPhone as it was under warranty and instead replacing the whole device they replaced the internal components, except the main display and back glass. The problem got solve. but the device l was not properly fitted and left with glue residue on frame and got some dust particles inside the front camera and rear camera. These particles are bothering me and visually big . I went with this issue and asked to resolve it. They wasted my time again and gave me 30 minutes time to wait. After service time the particles were not removed and noticeable. I simply asked for a replacement and keep the existing device. They did not agreed on any thing, nor excepting who’s at fault. Regardless of good customer care , please listen to the customers problems as well , I cant afford to waste time going Apple store every day, if I come to the store it must be for a reason. The customer service was average , can’t complain about it. But the actual problem did not get solved for me.

As a genuine customer I paid 2000$ cad+ for the device to get genuine services , like warranty and guarantee of device. I trusted apple for their service and ease of processes they used to perform for any apple device issue. They suggested me to get an apple care to get a quick paid replacement for the device, which is a genuine suggestion , but why would I do so if my device is already under warranty? They said me to send the device for extra 7 days for inspection and there is no guarantee of any positive result. They left me without solving the issue that is caused by their side, which is dust and fibre particles inside the device.

I am highly disappointed with the over all service experience and it got worse. I hope anyone is looking from the higher authority . We buy apple products because high quality service and products,as a customer we also expect for what we have paid.

Disappointed with their representative’s misleading communication.Going to share my experience from the beginning, couple of days ago I have lost my headphone’s charging case so I visited the place to buy a new case one of their representative told me if I have the receipt I can get one free of cost right away. As I got the case from the Costco store a year ago I didn’t have any receipt after all that I went back to the Costco and they provided me the receipt.
Again I visited the Apple Store with the receipt this time another employee says that they never provide the case free. So I decides to buy one and they told me it’s gonna cost me $65. I again confirmed the price they said $65. And then third employee comes up with the case and the pin pad machine, when I was paying I have noticed the machine showed $95+tax. when I asked they said it’s $95 not the $65.It can be my fault that I heard it wrong but my partner was with me and he heard the same what I heard in both visits. What a unprofessional behaviour. I don’t have issue with buying the case as I visited first time to buy one.but they mislead me and disappointed so never going back to the place.

I went in for a repair of a cracked screen. I have apple care. They said it would be $39 for the deductible and to come back later that day. When I went to pick up the phone I was charged $147 as they found water damage. The water sensor was discoloured, but it had but the phone was working as intended. They were following procedures, but it felt like a bait and switch. When it went in for repair it was $39 when it came out it was $147. I had limited options but to pay it, they said they could maybe put my cracked screen back on the old phone. Apple used to be really good at warranty. Where other companies nickelled and dimed, Apple made things right and that’s how I justified the higher price, it was a total customer experience. I won’t be purchasing Apple care again. The total spend is not worth it.
