Booked double appointment today because after updates both my iPads stuck in recovery mode. iPads not even 1 year old, I bought them from John Lewis, but as first year still sapple warranty I went there. A young girl that was helping me knew about iPads even less then me. She made it up that top button not working properly and it’s Phisicals damage and for other she said iPad was bend so not covering as well under Apple warranty. Look like she just wanted send me away. She said that she can’t reboot iPads and I need to go to place where I bought and replace under the warranty, never mind that it’s supposed to be Apple warranty first year. She was no help so I went to John Lewis, the technician there were brilliant, within 30 min I had 2 fully working iPads and there was no bend and no damage button, I was so impressed with John Lewis technician help.
After I went to Apple again and asked to speak with manager, I did explain him everything and he agreed that my experience wasn’t great, hope he will give some training to his staff and they will be doing job what they supposed to do, fix staff and not sending everyone away. Very poor service

Awful experience. I booked an appointment early this year to have my battery replaced on my phone and when I came into store on time to be told it was too late to do it and have my phone back that evening. Wasted journey.

I return today again but unfortunately got stuck in traffic and was 10 mins late to my appointment. I then waited around for 5-10 minutes in store and had to chase someone down to be told I was too late and my battery won’t ready till tomorrow for collection if I left it with them. Another wasted journey.

Looking at the reviews it’s not just me that finds this store unhelpful with no customer service.

I asked one of the female staff member around 2.30 pm on the 8th of June for assistance about 5ft 2 said she as dealing with the que, I was shocked at the bad attitude and lack of customer care she also swore and get GET the f out the store never happened in all my years of attending bluewater Apple store.

I hope senior managers look into this lady and improve their work ethics. I also asked for her name which she declines and proceeds to want to call the police as I took her photo.

Rude and no manners I will be making an official complaints with Apple directly also to address’s this young lady behaviour.
