Manager in the store is a joker. Shows no empathy for the lack of service provided by Apple as an over all. Is agruementative and isn’t very professional in is manor in store either. Will never use their store. Girl in the store I initially spoke to was lovely and empathetic and gave a brilliant service. Shame she doesn’t run the store as manager is a clown dressed in a normal clothes.

Edit. Saga continues. Phone service processed an exception. Booked me another appointment to go back to store to have phone replaced under warranty. Got to store after waiting a week for the appointment and they did not have a phone to replace and wanted to book another appointment to have the phone replaced. 3 appointments to get a new phone. I’ve had iPhone 3 through to 14 and never had an issue with Apple direct. This experience has confirmed I’ll be leaving Apple as a customer and using someone else. Multibillion pound company making things so difficult. They are disgrace of a company.

What a passive aggressive Steve that works at the Apple Store. Asked how I complain about the cover they had damaged, and the mess they have made with my Mac, was told in his passive aggressive blinking several times, we only cover mac products. ‘That’s fine but why didn’t you tell me to remove the covers when I gave them to you instead of breaking it’. We only cover Mac products. Who do I complain to, you’ll have to do that online. Go online to make a complaint and they have made it super difficult to make a complaint. As the person said below, rude and disgusting behaviour. Steve or your manager I hope you read this and get the same level of service you have offered me from someone else.

We had a great experience in Apple this week. The idea was to grab a new Mac and sort out broken Airpods.
Upon walking in we were greeted with a friendly member of staff who asked if they could help. The first person we dealt with was okay but seemed a bit dismissive. So when it came to dealing with the broken pods the young lady who dealt with us was great, so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much to ask for!
