Apple Carindale in Carindale | Best Phone, Laptop, and Computer Repair Services at Affordable Prices | Quick Fixes

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Apple Carindale. I visited the store twice with a specific query, and on both occasions, the staff were completely unhelpful. Despite waiting for 10-30 minutes each time, I received assistance. However, it ultimately was a waste of time as they claimed to have “fixed it” and made me do a hardware reset. I knew this wouldn’t solve the issue, but they insisted they knew better, wasting hours of my time reinstalling everything as they failed to listen to me.

To make matters worse, during one of my visits, they unnecessarily touched my Logic project, which didn’t help at all and caused additional problems that I had to sort out myself. This is absolutely atrocious as I expect Apple’s staff to be somewhat knowledgeable; however, they were anything but.

To summarize, I had a clicking sound in the bottom left of my keyboard (which didn’t get fixed and I’m still trying to resolve). They also asked me to reset all my channel strips in Logic, which was a complete waste of time as it didn’t fix the playback issue. I ended up figuring out how to solve the problem without their aid.

All staff are cheery and friendly, but it’s useless if a problem can’t be solved quickly and efficiently.

Came in today (02/08/2024) to get my battery serviced and repaired, shout out to Kate (hope that’s spelled right!) and Ash who both did a great job helping me out. Kate knew 100% what they were doing and streamlined the check in process for my phone which was nice to be able to get set up quickly and hand my phone in for repair, they were also super lovely, nice, and friendly. Ash helped me out when I picked my phone up and they helped me understand how to better look after my phone battery and explained different factors that could contribute to a quicker declining battery performance, and let me know to bring it back if there’s any unusual issues with the battery life and even explained some examples. Overall, great experience, really nice and helpful staff that helped me get a simple issue resolved quickly (within about an hour). Also want to mention the staff member who greeted me at the doors at 12:35pm when i came to pick up my phone, I didn’t catch their name but they were also really great!

I went in to trade in my old iPhone 11 and have a look at new AirPods. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was directed to someone that could help. This is when I was greeted with Amanda. She was lovely throughout the whole process, explaining what was happening while also having a great conversation with me. She answered all my questions with great knowledge and suggested things that I never even thought of. Overall a great experience and lovely customer service.
