The Worst costumer service! I have an airpods pro which is crackling, what is a factory fault. Everywhere they say come in to our Apple store and we change right away. I came and they give me an appointment. The guys at the door like a fricking security. One of them give me an appointment for an hour later. He said I can go in and look around until I waiting. I said I’ll go eat something.
After one hour ago I came back still no SMS for the appointment.
And than I said ok I go and look around for new product, but they didn’t let me in. Even didn’t allow me to sit down front of the store.
I tried to ask how much I still need to wait the other guy said, they give a dynamic time( what the heck????) Which means until 17.30 I can get SMS. I booked the appointment at 12.30.
So this is what u get if u buy an apple product which is wrong from the start. They don’t care u, if u are already a costumer.
Just giving excuses.

The Apple Genius was persistent that he can’t change an iPads battery and that I would need to pay for the whole iPads repair which was almost around its original cost, just to change the battery.
He told me to “play lots of YouTube and Netflix to degrade the battery to below 80%” and only then it can be replaced.

I went online for apple support and they said it’s not true at all. You can get just the battery replaced if you pay for it. 80% only applies for free in-warranty devices.
I imagined a genius to be more customer friendly rather than one to be making tasteless jokes.
One of the worst experiences I had, if you are a Indian, your blue card is not enough you have to take your passport. And if you do take everything they say other reasons to avoid you. Went there 3 times to buy they made me wait especially last time from 11:00 till 14:00 and then they say, our guys are busy, systems are not working if you want to buy on monthly payments, only cash or card. So Indians beware of this Apple store in the Mall. You will just waste your time.
