When buying a watch in this store, I asked if there was a protective glass or film on the watch, the consultant said that the glass on the watch is very difficult to scratch, and that you can pay every month for insurance, and in case of something scratching or breaking the watch , you can calmly come and change them!! Arriving back 6 months later, since the glass on the watch turned out to scratch and break so easily, I wanted to change it, since they told me that I had the right since I pay for insurance, but in the end they told me that insurance only covers if the glass is broken, and insurance only gives me the right to a discount when replacing glass!!! If I had known that I was being bullied when purchasing, I would not have bought anything!!! Bring your staff up to speed and the rules for selling your equipment!! And one person says one thing and in the end they say something else!!!

Best customer service I’ve had in years! Two employees greeted me at the doorway and answered questions nicely, moved onto what I wanted to buy, which was a new headphone adapter that I brought from Ali Express broke (no surprise), literally 5 seconds after I grabbed it someone almost telepathically knew I needed him, walked over, answered my questions about my old adapter and the new one, took a look at my faulty one and allowed me to purchase it there right then and there. No hassle! Seriously great staff and made the purchase so easy considering I was on my lunch break and had to get back soon. Also alerted me about warranty and refund options if my headphones weren’t compatible with it or there were issues with it. Thank you!

I traveled for almost two hours to get to this place in order to replace my iPhone battery only to be told that they are phasing out my iPhone 8 plus model next year and they will stop supporting software to this model, just gave me no alternatives except obviously to upgrade and buy a new phone even my old phone still works fine. I know how capitalism works but the way the staff explains to me in a hurried manner just put me off. The place is conveniently placed on the first floor of Churchill Square Shopping Centre and there is adequate parking space in the shopping centre although its not cheap to park.The place is very busy and it could be more helpful if they have more staff in order to help ease their workloads.
