I don’t usually leave bad reviews but the complete lack of professionalism and respect by some of the employees at this store is unacceptable. As a non-Apple user, I have become interested in Apple products and was hoping to test out the new Vision Pro. At the store, when I mentioned I do not currently own an iPhone to the employee who was demonstrating the product, he loudly and rudely shouted across the store to two other colleagues and all three proceeded to openly ridicule and laugh at me while making comments in front of other customers. While I understand the competition between Apple and Android products, this behaviour was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a customer (and a person), I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy regardless of my current technology preferences. Having this first impression of an employee at Apple towards a potential new customer has completely tarnished the reputation of this store.

Disorganized Service and Frustrating Wait

While I dislike writing negative reviews, this place truly deserves one. The store’s service was so poor that it doesn’t even deserve a single star. I went there to buy an iPhone, knowing exactly which phone I wanted, so there was no need for browsing. However, the lineup was disorganized, with no one monitoring it, leading to customers being served based on proximity to sales representatives rather than waiting times.

After waiting for 15 minutes, I approached a sales rep and expressed my desire to buy a phone. Unfortunately, he told me everyone was busy and I had to wait for 10-15 minutes, despite seeing other available sales reps.

Eventually, after waiting for another 25 minutes, a sales rep finally assisted me.

In summary, this place urgently needs to develop and implement a better system to serve its customers properly.

I recently visited the store and I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided by their sales associate Priya. She was incredibly helpful throughout my shopping experience.

What I loved:
Customer Service: The associate went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, offering useful suggestions and advice.

Efficiency: Despite the store being busy, she was quick to assist me and other customers, making sure everyone received attention.

Attentiveness: Priya paid close attention to my needs and preferences, which made the shopping experience personal and enjoyable.

I highly recommend anyone looking for apple products and outstanding customer service. A big thank you to Priya for helping me with my watch bands!
