They did not honour their price. I purchased a brand new iPhone 15 Pro Max, and they gave me a quote for my old phone for $570. They said I can go home, transfer my phone, and bring this old phone back within two weeks and I’ll get that “locked in” quoted amount, and that after two weeks the amount would change. I brought it back four days later, and they told me the phone is worth zero dollars, and I had been “misquoted”.

I tried explaining that me as a consumer, who had told Apple originally about a scratch on my phone, and who was told “it doesn’t matter it’s worth $570”, I’m not to blame, and bear the burden of their mistake. The manager came and basically told me “it’s too bad” in a nice way and they could return my new phone. He as a manager did not even apologize to me for wasting my valuable time due to inconsistencies in their internal process.

Honestly, if you’re gonna be giving people quotes for phones, I feel like you should honour it, even if you change your mind later. Especially if you’re trillion dollar conglomerate Empire.

This is an absolute joke of a store … I bought a new iPhone here about 16 months ago and the customer service was 10/10! Fast forward to today, I have had nothing but issues with the iPhone which is what it is – I must have got a lemon which happens and why I got the apple care package – however every time I had to go into the store they’re unwilling’s to fix the issue or try to charge me for it was unbelievable! Today I was advise by an apple service manager that called me to have have the iPhone replace entirely rather than wait and to try to have it fixed, I went into the store again and once again I was told the opposite or have to pay to replace the iPhone – once I got home I called the customer agent and got a new iPhone sent out me to with express delivery … I do not know what’s happened to this store, it seems like a lot of good employees moved on (I wonder why!?) but please read this and got the extra 15 mins to metro and go there …. Horrific store with -1 customer service

I went in to grab a phone case and a screen protector. Took about 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me in the store. Once I was acknowledged the staff member said this is the wrong screen protector, you need to find a different one and then walked off – not to help me. Another member then helped me, offered to put on my screen protector and even grabbed me the right one. He said “I got you” only to walk off to help not one customer, not two but three other customers. Really disappointing considering it takes all of 5 minutes to purchase a case. I walked out and got a cheaper case at London drugs in all of 3 minutes.
