Previously had a poor experience here with the business team that ended as a bit of a comedy of errors. Not this time. A massive thanks to Sarah in the business team and her colleague for exceptional help and service. I was in a rush and they were literally waiting for me with the goods bagged to go. Turned out my bank declined the transaction as potential fraud and I ended up on the phone to Barclays for 30mins…. Both diligently waited whilst the problem was sorted. Incredible service and huge praise due – well done and thank you ladies
Today i went to buy a gift for my dad and see an issue that pops on my iPhone. At the start the staff was amazing followed by the a gentleman who was extremely rude from the staff. I spoke to one of the employee at the genius bar which was extremely helpful and sorted it out. The lady that took care of most of the staff was amazing. Her name is Sara. overall great experience .

Such a friendly atmosphere, Jess was amazing dealing with a screen repair under warrant. We were then lucky enough to be offered a virtual reality headset demo from Marc and Hania who were just as lovely! All of the staff were so wonderful and friendly coming over and chatting well done Apple!
