ZERO Stars. I hope there was a negative rating. I would have chose the maximum negative score.

48 hours of incompetence. 3 hours in-store plus another 3 hours on the phone with Apple Support. A total of 6 hours that I’m not getting back plus raising my blood pressure.

If anyone from Apple cares, these are the Case IDs for you to understand the “fiasco” that has been orchestrated by many parties, both in 2 different stores and on the phone with the Apple Support agents (some were helpful but their other colleagues let them down). One guy shines (in a very bad way) above all though:

Manager Name: Cadeau ( his name means “gift” in French but he’s the opposite of a gift)

A miserable, rigid, angry, conceited, smug, inefficient, unfriendly manager with ZERO empathy and ZERO service recovery basic skills.

Try and hire managers who can deal with customers as they should. That guy was treating me as if I was his old enemy from high school. Hire mature grown-ups please. Never again.

I have 14 pro max activated around 8 months now so the phone and accessors are still under apple warranty. So, I went there to change my iPhone cable as it was burnt and to risky to use but the manger “Mariam” she refuse to exchange saying it’s a physical damage. I request her to take it to the Genius Bar but she told me that she worked there 7 years and 100% sure that they will not change the cable. Very very disappointed. Such a big company like apple where phone price are dream to own for middle class and that’s how they treat their customers. Shame on apple. The manager “Mariam” was very rude and determined. I would rate 0 if I had choice. Please try to avoid this Apple Store if u want to have better services. This is probably my last device I will purchase from apple. Please leave me comment if you think this is physical damage. Thank you.

Came in a few weeks ago to buy an iPhone 15 after doing research online and planning an efficient shopping trip to Fairview. It was busy that day so I understand that the staff had their hands full.

Spent a total of 45+ minutes in the store which was broken down by 15 mins getting the attention of any of the 5 staff that I approached and was told to find someone else, then was told to wait, waited for 10 minutes then approached another staff, was told to wait again, then spent another 15 minutes waiting, until I got hold of someone. Was able to request a phone, which didn’t take long to bring out. Then spent a minute to pay, before I left.

There was another person I saw arrive after me that was still waiting when I left.

I guess someone coming in ready to buy is low enough priority that there isn’t a system in place to quickly cash them out.
