Went in a couple of weeks ago to see if my iPhone 11 with a broken screen could be fixed. I was told by an agent in the store that it was not fixable because the back glass was cracked too. So I proceeded to get an iPhone 15 pro max. I had lost all my contacts because they were not stored on my cloud, so I decided to take my phone to a cell phone repair shop.
The guy had my screen replaced in 15 minutes and I went to return the pro max, instead of being 1800 bucks in debt for a new phone. I voiced my concern about being lied to by Apple, telling me my iPhone 11 couldn’t be fixed.
The agent in the store helped me get my iPhone 15 returned, but it was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE, and took all morning. The nightmare on the return was mostly not the fault of Apple, but Bell. Bell refused to do “Buyer Remorse,” unless the exact agent who sold me the iPhone came to the phone. Luckily, the guy who sold me the phone happened to be working that day and was eventually able to return the phone.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the agent trying to do the return called Bell multiple times to get the same strange response from multiple agents, and I heard it myself on speaker phone.
One of the big draws of Apple is tech support and customer service, and they refused to fix an iPhone that a third party had zero issues fixing within minutes. I’ll be switching away from Apple for my next phone after this disappointment.

I bought an iPhone 14 pro max in June last year from this store. Unfortunately, it fell off a table top for the first time and to my surprise shattered like a piece of glass. In my opinion, if we buy a cell phone for $2000 it should last at least a year. When I reached out to the store, they said there is not much they can do about it as there is no apple care. I have been an Android user for the longest time and wanted to try an apple product. It has been the worst product I have ever purchased and the store will not be able to help you with anything if you have not purchased apple care with another $250. Highly disappointed, never buying an apple product again!!

Been a long-time apple user but had never really had any reason to spend a lot of time here. I recently went in for a battery replacement on my macbook, and I was really impressed with the service from the folks working this time around. They were very organized, informative, friendly, and didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra. I also had some crazy payment struggles on my end when picking it up – They were very kind and patient with me, I super appreciate that. The store seemed to run like a well-oiled machine. Thanks guys!
