I was robbed last night and had my iPad and iPhone stolen that I bought from the store one month ago.
I set up the iPad in store and now the account which was working fine yesterday all of a sudden doesn’t exist. So I luckily/unluckily had an older phone also in the bag with another account. I thought I would try and instore Mac to try and recover, but the site kept looping on the MacBook. This annoyed one of the geniuses and he said ‘it’s not my problem’ then he said ‘ill be one there if you can work it out’ and he walked to the other side of the store to talk to with his fellow employees. Luckily two employees showed up 30 mins later who helped me. Unfortunately, my iPhone and iPad are untraceable when turned off. *Shakes fist* Such crafty thinkers these criminals… To TURN OFF PHONE so they can’t be traced…

So I’m back at Apple today because I need to buy the apple air once again and magic keyboard.
I arrive to my appointment… Unfortunately, no one is available for my termin (appointment) and I must wait an hour.
I come back. I’m led to a table and told to wait. I put a cardboard cylinder on the table and get a 2 minute lecture for putting something on the tables.
I’ve now been waiting for another 10 minutes standing at the table, but still no one in sight.

I came on the first day after the Christmas break and the place was too crowded. They booked an appointment for me to try on apple watches that’s 4 hours later. I left disappointed without waiting for my appointment and ordered online but I think it’s not their fault. It’s a holiday season after all. When my apple watch 9, 41MM got delivered I opened it and found it too small for my wrist. I made another walk to the store hoping they would replace it. I thought it will be too difficult because I opened the box or that they will request a fee but they replaced it right away without a fee and without even asking about the reason. The salesperson hasn’t even opened the box to check it out which is weird and surprising to me. I’m not one of those Apple guys who would applaud everything Apple and honestly don’t find the brand super innovative in the recent years but this experience was very satisfying. Premium after sale support.

This Apple Store is in a prime location with a sleek design, but the in-store experience didn’t meet my expectations. For a flagship store, I expected something beyond what you would find in a typical electronics store. Unfortunately, it feels very similar, there’s not much that sets it apart in terms of product exposure.

Many items aren’t available for hands-on testing, which is really disappointing. For such a large space, you’d think they would showcase more of Apple’s product range in a way that really highlights the brand’s innovation, but it feels lacking. If you’re just looking to browse Apple products, you’re not getting much more than you would at other retailers.

It’s a decent store for quick purchases or tech support, but I left feeling underwhelmed by the overall quality and selection of products on display.
