Went to this store because I got a notification that an airtag was following me so I was super concerned, and the worker I approached was extremely rude to me. He solved none of my questions and all he said to me was that I should just “be careful” and that they couldn’t do anything, even when I asked how to check if it was still following me, he said that wasn’t their problem. I had to leave the store because I was starting to cry. He didn’t care at ALL.

Up until now, I had the impression that Apple was a company that really valued their customers and were always willing to help, but this experience has made me realize they are the opposite

It has been almost 2 weeks without any update for repairing my computer. Your Genius Bar told me on the first day that my conputer will be back around 15 April, that’s why I let you guys repair it rather than finding other shops!!! I want to make a complaint to Apple about this situation. You don’t have any customer service channel!! I am extremely disappointed about your service. I want a solution to tell me WHEN the repair can be done, or if you have alternative solution to offer me a temporary computer to work. I went to your shop again on the 10th day and none gave me any useful information. I need a solution!!!!

Bought a charging cable “mophie” type from apple shelf, recommended by apple guy, cable guaranteed for 2 years. After 6 months it is gone and the guys at Apple La Defense, after passing me from one to another, keeping me waiting for more than an hour for them, decided i should ask the guarantee from mophie directly… no other minimum help or indication on how to contact and proceed further. So disappointed for their totally unprofessional treatment. While I am a fun of apple products I do not recommend this team and mophie products, even if sold /recommended by Apple guys.
