Very rude staff. I went in to charge my phone for a little while. The welcome was atrocious, I asked to speak to a manager. Martin was also extremely rude! Not even worthy of 1 star. If you want excellent service that should be delivered at Apple then I would recommend to visit the Manchester or Trafford store where you will receive a high level of customer service. I have never seen an Apple Store so empty in my entire life. I would imagine the poor level of customer service has something to do with this.
The store is in a great location in Liverpool One near John Lewis. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, were it not for the daft queuing system. Anyone entering the store has to queue in the doorway while waiting for a free member of staff. If it’s busy, the main entrance is blocked. A waiting area with seats would be far better. The store is more than big enough to accommodate this.
There have been many times in the last 3 years since I started uni in Lvp.
if you’re lucky enough then you’ll get a good customer service representative.
I wasn’t lucky last time that girl made us feel uncomfortable because I was struggling to understand her Liverpool accent. English is my second language, so she also can’t understand mine.
Wasn’t satisfied.
