I came in to get a cracked screen repaired. It was my second time trying to come in and get this done. They took my phone and then told me it would not connect (although why they needed to connect it and how was not explained, they just kept repeating the same word like I would know what it meant or why it had to be connected to replace a screen) despite my phone connecting fine to charging and computers and other technology. They then lost all my data trying to do something, I don’t know what, and they did not explain it well. Then they tried to sell me a replacement double the price of the new screen. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience, as my phone is not even 1.5 years old. The tone was also quite condescending and I had to make a big financial decision within several minutes. They did not seem to appreciate that for some people, this is a big decision and also a huge stressor and very disappointing. I would have appreciated some kindness or some kind of offer to try and help but nope. I don’t often leave negative reviews but this is my third experience in this store that left me feeling stupid, stressed, and worse off than when I came in. How can a person come in just to fix a cracked screen and leave with no phone, no screen, and NOTHING LEFT on the phone? I have an older model that I like and now I’ll be stuck paying money I don’t have for a phone I don’t want. Standing there crying with 10 staff watching you is not a great experience to have in a store.

never go there I wanted to get my watch ultra repaired because it has strange dots on the glass and they saw what the problem was, two people looked at it and one of them was from Genius Bar. They said they had to send it back so I could get a replacement. After a week I received the same watch. I think there are even more dots on the glass, and now the best thing is that after a week the same people don’t SEE ANY PROBLEM. Unfortunately, I still see the problem. STOP buying Apple, maybe then they will understand and they will be the same company they used to be, because now it is a one BIG failure

My recent experience at this store was mixed. I had scheduled a technical support appointment for my Mac but was late for about 20mins. When I tried to check in, the girl tried to restore my appointment and reached out to the duty supervisor (not sure) but I could hear him quickly dismissing the request. There was still more than an hour before closing and as an AppleCare+ subscriber, I expected a little more consideration. The floor crew were helpful in my other requests and that’s why I gave a 3star rating.
