Four stars for the wonderful service of Noah, at the Apple Store.

At the Apple Store to have my Beats Flex accessed for further services. It’s 15:20 and her before my appointment time. I was informed to wait 5minutes for an assistant. I have been waiting for 9 mins now.
Surprisingly those customer assistants seem to move somewhere else when they make eye contact. They proceed to serve other customers who happen to just walk in. 25 mins after appointed time, one customer assistant asked if I was being served, negative I responded. He apologized and indicated someone will be with me soon. Immediately Mosh appears. Excellent service, and polite. Decided to send the Beats Flex away, surprisingly the sound on the BF is now gone after Noah’s tests. Technology.

I have had to upgrade to 5 star. A follow-up visit to pick up Apple Watch and Beats Flex was eye opening. A reason one should not brush all people/races with a single swipe. Jamie, a customer services rep was, is, just amazing. He executed simple instructions to enhance one’s understanding of the Apple Watch, it required little further reading of the manual. Jamie is a cool dude. I hope gets paid well. He floats around assisting with customers with such seamless ease it is a sight to watch.

Lost my 6 month old watch in the lake yesterday. Magnetic band became undone. Went to the Apple Store today for a replacement.

A disappointing 3 hour experience! The watch needed to be charged. Then a one hour wait to download the program, allegedly due to a poor WiFi connection. In the process dealt with six ‘associates’. There was absolutely no continuity of service.

I remained patiently exasperated and was able to communicate my concerns to the manager. Then, to prorate the Apple Care+ program I was informed that I would have to contact Apple Support. That was another story.

I have shopped at the Masonville Apple store several times in the past. This experience in contrast to all others was singularly disapointing.

What a terrible service. They were great in checking the laptop on. It’s still warranty.and the wifi stopped working after 4 months of buying it. operating system still working fully. Ape called me today and they told me theY want $927 to fix what they called corrosion on the board. They are putting this on us when I know that no liquids made it so ever closely near the laptop. I am not giving apple the opportunity to rip us off. So glad that I purchased accidental insurance from best buy.
