Went in as my screen had lifted from phone,
Tried to charge me for a new battery and replacement screen as they would have to rip off screen to access battery as there was a corroded screw. Then tried to say they couldn’t do that I needed a new unit replacement, which would cost 1800 dollars as I was abit out of warranty, they said they can push for it but it’s 4 years old it’s actually 3 anyway spoke with manager who kept insisting I go to a third party mobile repair shop for them to fix it for me even though I insisted I wanted apple to repair my phone, lucky for me one I have proof to take this to ACCC and fair trading as they were actually taking advantage of me by trying to force me to buy a new unit from them as they are taking advantage of the consumer, went to a phone shop who said the clip that holds the phone down there has become dislodged and he literally clipped it back into place infront of my eyes

Absolutely disgusting customer service, you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!
There are other stores. Go elsewhere for better service. Was asked to return to the store to fix a carrier issue and upon return told to call the carrier directly. Until asking to speak to the people who sold me the phone only hours earlier and whom I was asked to return to the store by was I going to get assistance. Then I was just left waiting in the store with no one attending to me for almost 20 minutes while a host of staff stood away from me. Not the usual experience you get from an Apple store.
