I bought my iphone 12 pro , and went on this shop to install a screen protector , because in the official apple website it says , that they install it for free , i had to pay 35 euro , and install it my self . The worker told me that in this shop they do things differently , and the manager has told them to don’t do screen installations . I’m very regreted that i didn’t give back the screen protector after this information , but i was trying to be polite and understanding , but there is no point with people that don’t want to do their job , but like to stand around having conversations with their coleges .

The warranty services are simply rude and oriented to do the least possible! I went to change my watch wrist band after calling the apple client services which is apparently located in Ireland and agreed to activate the warranty.
The silicon wrist band was detached progressively from its metal part after 5-6 months of use… but the lady out there in the services said it’s accidental and for you to pay as they don’t cover.
The non sense reasoning from her side was that i had to go when was partially detached & not fully… just that they were closed because of COVID!!!!!

Genius Bar? More like “Couldn’t be bothered to make an effort to help you Bar”. A waste of an hour and a very sour taste after. After reading the reviews of some of their other customers I think I get it: they are good to sell a product but when it comes to repairs or after-service care – good luck, they just buff you off.
