Do yourself a favor and do NOT patronize this store, especially if you are a US citizen. I bought an iPhone 15 plus after I lost my iPhone 8 Plus while in France working for the Olympics. As I was leaving, I asked for the form that would let me receive my VAT tax refund. The store employees assured me that all I needed was my receipt. Imagine my surprise and dismay when I got to CDG airport and was told by the VAT refund employee that I needed a special VAT tax form with a bar code signed by the store manager. So, basically the store cheated me out of a refund of about $200!! They are either incompetent or crooked! Upon calling the store from the US they advised me to send an email outlining my issue. I DID so, and more than one month later I have not received a reply. I will be filing a formal complaint with the VAT office, already filed a complaint with Apple, but Apple can’t do much even though it’s THEIR branded store!

One of the most disappointing “Apple Experiences” ever!

I am a great loyalist for everything Apple and I’ve been to their stores in the US, EU and Dubai and never had such a terrible experience.

In this store, one, no one was really interested in “Customer Experience”. I’ve had an Apple Care on all my products + been participating on the Beta Program for iOS as a loyal customer.

When my iPhone had it’s back cracked and needed a replacement, the advisor first couldn’t figure out how to restore my back up and made it sound as if it was my fault for having opted in on the Beta Program.

My MacBook has been in for a repair 3 times, the Keyboard has dead keys and the battery is dying, all reflective of inherent issues with the product, and the moment I take it in for service, everytime I get a fat invoice/ a charge to bear the cost.

Utterly disappointed with Apple’s service from this store in particular.

I was 3 times in the shop for asking when I could buy the phone on the installment. Today i ask to finish my work earlier specially for it. Again impossible. It’s mean “possible mais c’est en peu tard monsieur, pardon” I would like to make me gift for my birthday… big congratulations for all company for resultats of selling of last model. Keep going.
