Totally illiterate staffs. This polopart Apple Store is the worst in the city. Don’t know any information. Once they make any stupid mistake, their logic is sorry we don’t know why it’s happening. Wait for 3/4 days. I financed a product from them then after an hour, I went there to change it. Whey they were unable to change it, so I returned it. The representative who was doing all these said if I paid from the debit I should get my money back immediately. And I was planning to buy the right thing again. But then he discussed with his manager and they are telling me after I returned the product that I can’t get the money right away and they can’t do anything. Now I don’t have the product and my money. I have to wait for like 4/5 days which I know I don’t have to. Thank you for ruining my weekend. People are working there without any knowledge.

Update: I went back there and asked for a receipt for the refund processed. 2 of the Apple care that was taken with the product was never refunded or processed for it. But they said they did it during my first visit. After explaining them for 10 minutes they said there is some misunderstanding and I got my refund immediately. Two gentleman who helped me to get my refunds were knowledgeable and good. And they processed my refunds immediately. But still be aware with your receipts and refunds. Or else get scammed. I saw a lots of reviews saying about this store’s billing related issues and trying to scam people. I should have trusted the reviews.

My first contact by phone, Lisa, glowed with warmth. Lisa was, not only super helpful, but comfortably engaging, friendly, and ha an excellent sense of humour. What with being knowledgeable, and suggesting how my appointment at Apple Store with a tech might go (make sure you have your Apple ID) she was the whole package of positive customer relationship.
My appointment at Apple Store was likewise extremely positive. There I met Vincent, a stellar man, with whom I felt immediately at ease. His patience, friendly nature, engaging personality, not to mention knowledgeable, again surpassed all expectations, and like Lisa, I felt we were friends.
BRAVO to these two terrific people!
I should also mention the man in charge of the floor, whose name I didn’t get–warmly friendly, courteous and helpful.

UPDATE:
Spoke directly to 1-800-MY-APPLE and they’re sending me a new phone to replace the one I’m having an issue with.
Thx to the kind lady who listened to my concern with the camera lens and offered a solution to replace the phone.

Waited 30 minutes after my set appointment time. The “Genius Bar staff member” was rude and condescending. He was rushing between customers saying he needed coffee.
I was trying to explain my camera issue and then when I tried to explain further he said “can I speak?” Really? Can you listen to me first? I spoke to the manager who was much better to deal with. At least he was polite.
