I went down to this branch to buy an Apple iWatch on Wednesday at 11:45. First, a young man greeted me. He was so helpful. Then, he guided me to the watch station. There were two girls there. He asked them if one of them could help me. The girl said yes. She did not explain anything at all. I asked her about the size of the watches and the details. She was clueless, or maybe she did not feel like explaining. When I asked her about pricing and details, she said you can look it up online. Well, to me, the app store should train their staff so they will be aware of the product data. She was not helpful at all.
I had a pleasant experience trying the Apple Vision Pro demo with Seb (Sebastian). He was very professional and polite and a great demo guide due to his calm demeanor, sense of humor, and euthymic affect. When I arrived I was not approached or greeted to check-in (while standing in the front center of the store) which I did not appreciate. It took several minutes before an employee asked me if they could assist me so I could check in.
Rep would not replace their iPhone 13 mini Silicone Case with MagSafe – Midnight that I paid $69 + tax.
Showed proof of purchase on August 22, 2022. Because it was past the 1 year warranty mark I was stone walled.
Meanwhile my Speck case I purchased 3 years ago for my iPhone 12 mini is still going strong and paid less than half of the price!
I highly recommend NOT purchasing cases at an Apple Store.
