I went back to the store today, two weeks later and since I had a double stroller I had to pass through back of house with the help of one of the attendants.she told me the cue for Airpods was not long and I should be assisted quick. My AirPod case could not hold the charge for long and one AirPod was not responding.
I got up there to the Genius Bar and had to wait for over 20min in a cue to get an appointment. What was annoying was 4 different attendants came to me asking if I had an appointment and I was wondering why do they have one person taking appointments while several walking around asking if we had appointments.
When I got to the attendant giving appointments he said he was fully booked for the whole week, thus he got me an appointment for the week after. Honestly my time was wasted something one of them could check earlier while still in the cue.
I recommend for anyone with a problem regarding Apple to download the App called Support and it will show you the nearest Apple Store close to you and you Can make an appointment.
I went back to Apple Store for my appointment that was scheduled on a Monday and I got there a few minutes late.
They told me my appointment was canceled . They did not consider I had twin stroller and maybe I had some difficulties getting up there.
We were scheduled for another appointment which we waited on site . It was catastrophic because the twins were running all round and the area was busy at a point my son’s daiper was over flowing that I had to ask for a toilets.
After over one hour of wait they Suddenly noticed us and 3 employees came to us like they had not seem us for the period we waited.
They accessed my AirPods and gave me a new one for the right ear. Nothing was explained . They had just changed my AirPods two weeks before and I did not understand why I had to go back coz one is not working.
The process took less than 15 min and we had to wait that long .
While I understand the importance of adhering to closing hours, the way I was treated by the manager was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite the presence of other customers browsing the store, I was singled out and asked to leave before anyone else. This left me feeling confused and frustrated, especially as I was genuinely interested in purchasing a pair of Apple AirPods Max headphones.
I had every intention of making a purchase and was eager to discuss the product with a salesperson. Being ushered out without the opportunity to browse or inquire about the headphones was not only an inconvenience but also a missed sales opportunity for your store.
I am a loyal Apple customer and value the quality of your products and services. However, this experience has unfortunately tarnished my perception of the professionalism at your Rosenstrasse location.
I would appreciate it if you could investigate this incident and ensure that all customers receive fair and courteous treatment, regardless of the time remaining before closing. Perhaps offering a solution, such as suggesting I return at a time with more flexibility for product inquiries, could have been a more positive approach.
I hope you will take responsibility for this negative experience and take steps to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
