The worst store of Apple, I went to them after 3 months of buying my iPhone because it’s hanging so much and I showed them a video proofing that, they kept explaining to me that this device is a jewelry and we have to turn off every few days and the problem will be solved, I said ok. Then after a 6 month a went again for the same issue with videos and pictures to proof that I’m not lying and they told me to reset up everything and to not download any old photos because the system is different from iPhone xr! But even after the setup, still having the same problem and it was at the end of the garantie year, so I went for a third time and I was so upset, finally they accepted to change the screen, and they even didn’t replace the screen protector!

Walked in and the first response we got, no greeting or anything was: ” ugh these English, wasting time, they never buy anything”, from a lady speaking very loudly in English to her colleague. First of all we’re Irish and secondly we walked into that store with the expectation of buying things. We ended up getting sorted with a very nice young lady and we purchased all the products we were planning on, receiving great insight from her. We left the shop after spending a couple hundred euros, very annoyed with our initial encounter.

Apologies for forgetting the name of the ‘genius’ that helped me but as usual, a smooth and helpful visit to an Apple store- it reminds me every time why you pay so much for their products at the beginning.

I was shown through some steps to ensure my MacBook Pro was running at full capacity and if it wasn’t, I could see why and was reassured everything was working well after a diagnosis.
