I have noticed a bubble in the middle of My iPhone 15 Pro Max just after two weeks of my purchase. I was really busy so I didn’t really bothered about it last week that bubble tend into a dead pixel and I have booked the appointment for repair, they have inspected my phone and Confirm that the phone was not damaged from my side. It is something that comes under the display and causing issue.
They mention as the product is under warranty, they will replace the display display Free of course, but there will be waiting time of one and half hours, so I was happy, and I agreed to replace the display. I got the phone back on 1:30 afternoon. then I went for having my lunch, then I noticed that the front camera lens have dust inside. initially, they said they can’t see it, even though I can’t see it clearly, eventually, they agreed on replacing both display and and the camera. And they said to do that, I have to wait until 5:30. As I already charge my journey 930 in the morning, there is no point going back fixing the phone, so I waited until 5:30 and collect the phone and I reach my home around 6:45 In the evening. Today I I was planning to put the new screen card on my phone. Then I noticed the same bubble in the display again. I don’t know what kind of checking they are doing personally, I feel if they could properly, I will not be end in the same situation again. in simple words, I lost my one full day And we are back to the same place where everything is started. Now, I have to spend one more day, For fixing the same issue. Even after the Devices under the warranty and I have AppleCare plus, this is the service I got. Those who are reading My review, please be prepared for it When you buy Apple devices.
Despite my repeated visits and the continued inconvenience, your team has refused to replace the phone or provide a refund. Instead, I am repeatedly told that the issue will be resolved with the next repair. This ongoing problem indicates a chronic defect in the phone, which has rendered it unreliable and virtually unusable.
I have invested $1,000 in this device, expecting it to function properly. However, I have been left with a broken phone for five months and no satisfactory resolution in sight. This experience has severely impacted my trust in Apple products and services.
I request immediate action to either replace my iPhone 14 with a new, fully functional unit or provide a full refund. Failure to address this issue promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate my complaint to higher authorities and consider alternative legal remedies.
I hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
I found the Genius Bar staff stretched – the person serving me was serving two other people at the same time, whilst also saying that they needed to go and start a repair out back. Overall I felt like a bit of an inconvenience, especially when asking questions. They also very much had an attitude of if I couldn’t do X, then there’s nothing they can do to help me – which isn’t the kind of line I’d expect from Apple.
I did try to call the store before visiting to check if they had the part I needed, but the phone number just connects to the main Apple switchboard.
My phone was repaired and able to collect in under 3 hours, for that I can’t fault them. However, customer service training is needed here, or perhaps more Genius staff so that those there aren’t so pressured.
