Worst Apple Store I’ve ever visited…
Employees are not friendly as if they are forced to do their job.

1- they are not accurate with timing, example they say wait max 5min and someone will come and help… I had to wait 27min even though I had a pre-booked appointment

2- on the website I got confirmation that my Apple Watch is eligible to trade, in the shop they said it’s not eligible without giving any further explanation why! The only answer I got is “I don’t know” or “system said so” or even worse “visit the website and complain”… I was literally shocked

It’s like apple is cutting cost by hiring unfriendly and none trained staff in this specific store 🙁

I’ve had four separate repairs done here, and from what I can tell the staff really care about doing well by the customer.

There was one hiccup- a Mac that was sent off for repair to a service center had repair refused due to an issue that obviously didn’t exist, but upon picking it back up from the store and explaining the situation, the store offered to do the repair in-house.

Apple the corporation might not care, but the people here certainly do.

Really bad customer service. They asked me make an appointment, I did and got there few minutes earlier. After waiting for 30min, no one showed up and the few people arranging the schedule asked me to wait more. I got tired and my 1.5yr old baby needed my attention outside. I even went to one of the 3 people making the appointments to cancel mine and the answer was: “not needed, you can go”. That’s it.
