My brand new iMac stopped working after 3 weeks of use. I had to take it back to this store for repair. Even though I suggested that that cable might be faulty, they returned it to me when they kept the computer. They returned the computer “repaired” but when I got home and plugged it in it still did not work. The store did not answer the telephone so I spoke to Apple care. They proposed I try a replacement cable but told me to contact the local store for this. I’ve been trying the store constantly for the past 5 hours and no-one ever picks up. After 3 minutes and around 8-10 seconds, the call is dropped, and yet there are always plenty of staff milling about when I go in to the store. Apple is supposed to stand for quality, but a new computer that stops working after three weeks and incredibly poor after-sales care are the opposite of quality.

Due to the fact that we were tourists (English speaking), they than asked me at the check out where I was from. When I answered, the worker did not respond and looked at me very judgmental.

She did not help me, when my card got declined, and I got very uncomfortable.

I would wish for the staff to be more friendly and understanding towards their customers, since we are the ones paying for their products.

This store provided me with a unique experience of getting physically assaulted by one of the employees in front of my child no less. One of them was being extremely rude and I tried to make a video of her behavior and asked her for her name to submit a complaint. The security person who failed to provide his name twisted my arm and left me a couple of bruises as a souvenir. Hopefully the police was able to talk some sense into him but I don’t have high hopes seeing that the management not only didn’t stop this but also fully endorsed it. Looking forward to submitting a complaint to Apple and never ever setting foot in this place again.
