I went to the Apple Store as a matter of urgency on Monday, July 8th. I waited for a while because I did not have an appointment. However, I was eventually assisted by Rita, possibly the shift manager. She diagnosed my iPhone issues and guided me on what steps to take in my situation.

Felicity and Barry also assisted me, who was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help me. You two are the kindest and most compassionate.

Finally, I am grateful for Shaun’s help and Ben’s skills and knowledge, who figured out ways to ensure my phone is ready for repair.

Please continue your work. Technology is now a significant part of our lives, and sometimes, the consequences of its malfunction unfortunately affect people in different ways. I acknowledge the compassion, kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you all.

Wow, really poor customer service from I store, Reading. It genuinely feels as if you have to be very lucky to speak to the team there. I called 4 times, the first 3 attempts the phone was cut off. After making an appointment, the Genius Bar confirmed the issue we had already found out, then casually said to come back the next day when it is quieter. Having a 45min each way trip, we advised we couldn’t do that. So we’re told, pop back on Tuesday as it’s quieter then.

Explanation was that they had launched a new product so we’re busy. Also, they had a few jobs in and shut at 5, so wouldn’t be able to do anything.

Sadly, I think the art of customer service is becoming a thing of the past.

This store customer service is very poor, third class service provider.
Booked appointment and reach at time but no one look after me , after 10 minutes one of the staff look at me so I ask about my appointment for repair , she says you are rescheduled after 40 min due to late ,
I have requested that Please take my phone for repair because I was in time not late. but they says you are late by 5 min.
it means I was 5 min early and waiting for help for 10 min. in meantime their system has reschedule my appointment after 40 min. , even leady manger also rude with me and useless.
It’s looks like they don’t care of customers and no Value of time.
