I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. If I could give a rating lower than zero or even negative 100 stars, I would have gladly and passionately done so. The staff’s attitude towards customers is incredibly disrespectful and discriminatory. I requested to speak to a customer service agent about acquiring a phone for my wife, but to my disappointment, this lady abandoned me to chat with other staff members. I spoke to another individual who claimed to be occupied and promised to find a colleague to assist me. However, much to my astonishment, no one came to my aid even after waiting for more than 20 minutes. I strongly advise against visiting this shop and would not recommend it to anyone.

Went into the store to enquire about a query I had regarding a refund, to of which I went in very polite and calm. The worker (not sure of their name, but they were a woman, brown hair, small in height and had glasses), was incredibly rude and spoke to me very harshly. They were very patronising and very harsh for no apparent reason, along with being no help. Like I said, I was very polite so there was no reason for them to act this way. I felt very attacked and hurt by this worker. Will not be returning to this store again. It’s a shame because Apple workers are usually lovely, and I adore the Apple Store.

Interesting structure, Apple staff recommending as a consumer I nip next door (literally) to Curry’s for the same new iPhone 15 PS100 cheaper ??!?
Apple I would love to know how this works in business, never in a million years would I have employees telling my customers to purchase next door and save PSPSPS’s.

There must be a logic to what appears to be absolute madness – do your staff not have confidence in your own products?
