Absolutely useless store, having been with Apple since day one, I am appalled at the level of customer service this store has to offer. Have made 3 trips to this store after booking for a battery replacement, each time being told that the part is not available, or i will need to come back another day. Bear in mind it is a 45 minute journey for me each way.

One the last trip I was totally frustrated after being told the same thing YET again! So asked to speak to a store manager, only to be told “this is how it is, and nothing will change, i apologise but that wont change ir get your a battery replacement quicker”

Had I gone to a normal phone repair job they would have happily taken my money and done the job i required in half the time. Apple have gone downhill fast. Safe to say they will not be carrying out this repair, and when Im due a new phone, it will not be apple. A good product is very easily ruined when followed with poor service and aftercare…

Anyone reading this review please bear this in mind and read all the other reviews that have the same complaint!

Made an appointment for someone to look at my new iPhone 15 pro max. Arrived 15 minutes early to be told to come back closer to my appointment time. Then went back into the store bang on my appointment time, ‘checked in’ and then continued to wait 10 minutes before managing to get another employees attention to see where the technician was for my appointment. The technician was split between 4 appointments by the looks of it and it was 30 minutes before we were served.

What is the point in making an appointment if it’s just going to be a first come first serve service. And then why were we turned away when we were 15 minutes early for our appointment?! Absolute joke!!!

Once the technician was helping us, he was great, couldn’t be more helpful and informative but the whole process to get to this point was a waste of time. Really needs to be improved, especially for such a big company like Apple. Will make me think twice before buying another Apple product if that is going to be the service.

Customer service was exceptional from Harry even on a busy Saturday. I had a million questions and Harry helped me buy the most cost effective option, he actually saved me a lot of money as what I was thinking I needed was ridiculously over specked in hindsight. Thank you Harry for putting the customer’s needs first and being so helpful and patient you were an absolute expert, very friendly and put my genuine requirements as a customer first! 10/10 service for Harry he’s a credit to Apple! Good luck in your teaching job mate, you will absolutely smash it, I’m sure the kids will be easier to deal with than me (you taught me a lot about Apple too haha).
