I visited the store today with my partner as their phone had broke. We were speedily pushed through the usual processes to get to the Genius bar and talking with technicians. All of the staff we dealt with along the way (american accent, dark beard and guy with glasses!) we fab. As we sat waiting at the Genius bar I listened in on how staff were with others too and credit to you all as yis are class!!
anyway, star of the show today for us both was Emma. After assessing and running diagnostics on the phone we quickly realised it was for the bin! Emma helped sort this and kept us both at ease, joking and having a laugh while also getting us information and helping us through the sale. Emma is a credit to the store!! Thank you again for your positive attitude and support

Terrible experience, travelled the whole way in to the only store there is in NI with my ADHD son from Carrickfergus to be told i need an Appointment to get a quote to get a screen fixed on my daughters phone. Had to travel home to come back later that day, couldnt get parked anywhere as i was in a van and couldnt get parked in Victoria Square. Tried ringing the store to ask if they will still see me if im running late to be taking to a computer round and round in cirlces to never get through to the store. Got parked a mile away to walk into the store to be turned away as i was late. Shocking experience.

It was a good experience at the Belfast Apple store. I visited to pick up my new Apple Air-pad on emergency and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service. Conor Brown, who had extensive product knowledge, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire purchasing process. Thanks to his assistance, I was able to make a quick purchase before even reaching Victoria Square Belfast. End-to-end service provided was truly outstanding.
