Disgusting experience, booked an appointment to get my battery replaced. Wasted petrol, time and money, went all the way to watford Apple store. Staff told me we do not have it in stock even though during the booking the rep said we have a healthy stock of this model batteries. They ordered the battery. I was told I will receive an email confirmation when it is in stock and all I have to do is come in and drop the phone for repair which will take an hour and a half. Went again today . Waited their for 20 minutes to be served which is fine as they are busy but then I am told it will take 3-4 hours etc .

I had an appointment today at the Genius Bar, Apple Store, Watford. Appointment was easy to book, reminder message sent. I was welcomed into the store by friendly staff. Stan the tech guy is a credit to the store. Knowledgable and friendly. Hats off to Stan because if our roles had been reversed I might have rolled my eyes a few times but throughout Stan was calm and helpful. My phone is now as good as new. Many thanks
