I contacted AR Repair to have the battery replaced on my MacBook. Not only did Andy provide the best quote but he also talked me through what could be causing other performance issue I having with my mac.
He ordered the battery straight away without needing to see the computer and changed it the next day. I was without my mac for 6hrs at most.
I was also having issues with my trackpad which he did some investigating to try find the issue and also let me bring my mac back to him to adjust it free of charge.
Unfortunately the trackpad still wasn’t 100% so he gave me a very reasonable quote to change it. Again he ordered the part and let me know when it arrived, so I was only without my computer for less than an hour.
I can’t recommend Andy enough. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He’s goes above a beyond to make sure you’re happy with the service he provides. I know for certain I will be using him for years to come!!

Contacted Andrew as our MacBook was getting hot and the fans were noisey. He was very thorough in his emails regarding what could be the issue, what the best plan was to do and didn’t push for any new parts. After dropping the laptop off to Andrew, we got an email back that there wasn’t a problem with the fans, the inside of the laptop was actually quite clean and all that Andrew done was renewed the Thermal Paste. We collected the laptop the day after and we have had no problems since.
