My phone had water damage and I took it here for reparations, they are able to diagnose the problem and help you the best way possible to know what is the next step that you have to take, and from the talks that I had with the person who was repairing my phone, I understood that they have actually have the knowledge to help and understand the phone (unlike other repair shops). Yesterday morning, I dropped my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and the battery broke. There are often repair shops in Freiburg that do not have parts for the Galaxy Flip, but this place had parts for the Flip 3. The owner of this place was very professional and worked quickly. They fixed my phone. I highly recommend this place and the owner is very friendly

I had Samsung A50 with broken screen. Mr. Kocdolu replaced the screen within a hour and called me back to pick up. I received a professional service for affordable price. Price is relatively cheaper than other shops. Either you can pay cash or via PayPal, I don’t think he accepts EC-payments. He and his wife are very friendly. I recommend this shop.
