I had an issue with my PC not turning on, I called Jamie who told me to bring it straight down to the shop. Within the hour my PC was fixed. The service I received was nothing short of exceptional. We will always come back to Arden IT for any IT issues and if we need replacement equipment. If you have any IT issues and are local to Nottingham and Derby I could not recommend this company any higher. Thank you so much and keep up the good work. As a side note the office cat Daisy is adorable and its worth just popping in for a quick cuddle with her.

Amazing service. If I could give 10 stars I would. It is the 2nd time I have used Arden IT and today they rescued me with a speedy, knowledgeable, and friendly service. Jamie was brilliant and extremely patient, which he needs to be due to my lack of IT knowledge !

We can highly recommend the sales, service at Arden I.T. We bought 2 laptops with ready installed programs to replace an ageing desktop computer and laptop. An external hard drive was checked for compatibility; we were advised on a replacement and guided through transferring our data. Jamie explained things simply and clearly in a 1 to 1 tutorial; resolved issues, filled knowledge gaps and gave best practice methods moving forward.
