I have used Aria computer Chiswick London for a few years and their service is excellent.I have had 2 hard drives replacements at my request without having to buy a new Mac laptop. They also helped me to upload thousands of photos onto the iCloud and answered technical queries with understandable answers. They always ring with a quote before proceeding with the job .
They return it when they say they will. Ash and Sam are good at customer service and I have recommended friends who have been very pleased with their service.
I would definitely recommend them.

I completely disagree with ‘Orz M’. I have been to Ara numerous times over the last 6 years and Ash & Connor are always patient and helpful and they seem to really care about their customers. The first time I used them, they were unable to find the fault and though they spent hours trying to find the problem, they didn’t charge me. It turned out it was one of my work email addresses that was causing each email to be sent 20 times over, which was very irritating to the receivers. I trust Ash implicitly and I think their prices are fair.

When I dropped my 4 year old laptop and broke the screen I turned to my Nextdoor neighbourhood site for recommendations as to who could advise if it was worth repairing. Three of the 8 people who replied recommended Aria even though it was a bit of a trek. Totally worthwhile – they were helpful, calm and reassuring and fixed it for a very reasonable price within 24 hours. From my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
