Thought my computer screen was broken. Took it in and the gentleman opened it up, wiggled a cord and it started working again (to his surprise). He said he wasn’t sure how long it would still work but offered advice regarding my options when and if it eventually completely stop working. The staff all seemed genuinely interested in helping and I wasn’t charged for the “repairing” of the screen. Thanks!
I don’t quite remember when I walked into this store for the first time. I must have been a kid. But one thing is certain. This is by far the computer shop with the best service and assistance, I’ve ever been to. They have repaired and upgraded several of my pcs. I never had a train to complain.
Bought a laptop there and have received top-notch service ever since. Staffers seem really competent. I would buy another computer there or take one in for service without thinking twice about it. Every time I’m in there, it seems pretty busy so I assume they’re doing something right.
