Absolutely stellar to have these guys local. Ordered from them twice now, both for local pickup – I love not paying shipping costs. I picked up some Gateron CJ switches today for less than anywhere else, even without considering that there were no shipping fees. I was able to pick them up the same day that I ordered (today), and the owner is a great dude to chat with, super knowledgeable and extremely personable.
I will continue to purchase from these guys, due to them being local, and the outstanding service that they provide.
Preordered a neo65 and by the time it was ready for shipping needed to switch addresses. Joshua was quick to respond and more than happy to update the shipping details not once but twice! Can’t ask for better customer service. Amid the sketchy vendors in the mechanical keyboard hobby it’s nice to see a trusted honest vendor stand out. Would absolutely buy again and recommend to any hobbyist.
