I had a terrible experience at this mobile shop. My iPhone 13 Pro Max was promised to be repaired but ended up worse than before. Despite multiple attempts, they couldn’t fix the charging port and even damaged my screen in the process. The owner was unable to deliver on their promise and left me with a phone in worse condition. I had to go elsewhere for proper repair, which cost me more money and hassle. Would not recommend this shop for any repairs.

My phone never had any issues with display but they ruined it. Additionally, couldn’t repair the charging port that costed me 50 bucks to repair it elsewhere.

Amazing, phenomenal, fantastic, and the nicest people I’ve met. There are truly not enough adjectives to describe the outstanding work that was done on my laptop. Came in with a touch-screen PC with the screen literally coming off. And within a few days….completely fixed! I also asked for a new battery included. Everything was ready in 4 days (including the weekend). Can’t thank everyone at this establishment enough. They really saved my grades! I would recommend this repair location to literally anyone who has anything wrong with their device. Thank you again!

Brought my Macbook Pro (2019) in for a battery replacement. They were fast, professional, and got it done for the next day! I have been testing the laptop battery life since then, and it is AMAZING. My laptop before could maybe last an hour with the old battery, but now it lasts for an entire day, at least. I’m super impressed, and happy with the work Ask Computers did. Definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing technological issues!
