Used to go here for all my accessories, till today. Went in to pick up a new case and screen protector. As soon as the lady helping me grabs a screen protector a guy says “If he wants me to put it on I don’t have time now, he’ll have to come back”. I asked him to repeat himself, so I could discuss with him, since he couldn’t be bothered to address me directly even though I was standing a couple feet from him. He explains it’s a difficult process that takes a very long time with these protectors, I’ll have to come back. I ask how long does it take? He says 10 mins, but he needs an hour. 10 mins is not “a very long time” especially to take care of a customer. He wants me to instead go home and come back? Naww, I’ll spend my walking time going to another store that will take care of me right away. He lost a $50 sale today, and any future sales.

This is a top quality shop if your phone or laptop needs some love. Very good customer care and fair prices. I’ve had them replace screens, batteries, fix my chrombook.
