was rude on the phone. in the end I fixed the problem myself.
further to his reply to me below my review, I texted you at 6.45 rather than ring out of politeness as there is no mention on your website as to your hours of work.
you chose to ring me at 7.30. if this was before your hours of business then that’s your own fault not mine. we would have been willing to wait until your normal business hours for help.
your advertisement boasts that many problems can be fixed over the phone, but this was not the case with the problem we had and our first call was left with us still encountering problems, hence I needed a second call to you.
during this second call you were rude and abrupt telling me, “I can’t be spending forever on the phone fixing your problem”, at which we were deeply offended and hung up. I might point out that the first call was 10 minutes and the second call was less than 3 minutes. hardly “spending forever” on the phone
all I can say is that if you speak to potential customers the way you spoke to us, then i’m surprised you are still in business.
your behaviour and attitude towards us was appalling.
now I apologise if I contacted you out of your normal business hours. it was my wife’s acer laptop that had the problem. she is disabled and housebound and her laptop is all she has so it was a matter of urgency that the machine was up and running again as soon as possible.
I myself had been chewing on with it since 4am
maybe your website should state what your hours of business are?
either way we won’t be using you again.
because of your lousy attitude towards us you have lost two potential customers.
my advice to anyone reading this review is shop around if you need computer services. I found this business to be rude, aggressive and unprofessional. thank goodness I have some knowledge of computers or else my wife would have been left without her lifeline. as it happens, the only help I got from you that I didn’t already know was that you have to turn off secure boot in order to load windows from an external usb drive.
i’m sure there are other computer businesses out there who are more courteous, polite, helpful, and probably cheaper than this one.

Excellent service from Rob. Our laptop was painfully slow and unresponsive. Rob went above and beyond imo collecting laptop off me at work (Aycliffe, nightshift) and had it sorted within 2 days. Won’t hesitate to use his services again
Thanks Rob
Thanks Rob
Rob knows things about computers. Many things. Some say too much, but not me. If you need help, then knowing things is a good thing. Would recommend if you need someone who knows many things about computers.
