Had a panic with a water spill on my MacBook that was only a couple of months old and something I heavily rely on for work. Searched for somewhere to take it for repair and found Bad Apples which had hundreds of five star reviews. The five star reviews are absolutely for good reason – Anthony quickly responded to my web enquiry and my MacBook was seen to immediately. Unfortunately the damage was worse than initially expected but Anthony has worked hard to provide the highest standard of service and my MacBook has been returned in the condition it was pre water damage! You would never know it had been damaged. Admittedly I was not the easiest customer to deal with having deadlines and requiring my MacBook for work but again Anthony worked hard to ensure all repair work was completed so I was able to have this back in time. This has not gone unnoticed and I will be extremely grateful for his reassurance and support (as a very panicked and anxious customer!)
